1. من نحن وقبول الشروط

Vex Studios ("الاستديو" أو "نحن") استديو ألعاب إلكترونية في المملكة العربية السعودية. باستخدامك موقع vex-games.com أو أي من ألعابنا أو خدماتنا ("الخدمات") فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وقواعد السلوك واللعب النظيف وشروط الشراء والاسترجاع. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمات.

2. الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٣ سنة على الأقل لاستخدام الخدمات. إذا كان عمرك أقل من ١٨ سنة فيجب أن يوافق وليّ أمرك على هذه الشروط، ولا تتم أي عملية شراء إلا بموافقته وإشرافه.

3. الحسابات

أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن سرية حسابك وكل ما يتم من خلاله. لا يجوز بيع الحسابات أو شراؤها أو تأجيرها أو مشاركتها أو نقلها. يحق لنا تعليق أي حساب أو إيقافه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو قواعد السلوك، أو عند الاشتباه في احتيال أو نشاط يضر بالخدمات أو باللاعبين.

4. الترخيص والملكية الفكرية

الخدمات وكل محتواها (الشعارات، والأسماء التجارية، والرسومات، والشخصيات، والأكواد، والأصوات، والنصوص) مملوكة للاستديو أو لمرخّصيه ومحمية بأنظمة الملكية الفكرية. نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا قابلًا للإلغاء وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الخدمات لأغراض الترفيه الشخصي غير التجاري فقط. لا يجوز نسخ الخدمات أو تعديلها أو الهندسة العكسية لها أو استخراج ملفاتها أو إنشاء خوادم خاصة أو نسخ مقلدة منها.

5. العناصر والعملات الافتراضية

العملات (مثل الدنانير) والعناصر داخل اللعبة هي ترخيص محدود لاستخدامها داخل اللعبة، وليست ملكًا لك ولا قيمة نقدية لها، ولا يمكن استبدالها بنقود أو نقلها خارج اللعبة إلا بما نسمح به صراحة. يحق لنا تعديل الاقتصاد داخل اللعبة وتوازنها ومحتواها بما يخدم تجربة اللعب.

6. محتوى المستخدمين

عند إرسالك أي محتوى (رسائل، أسماء، اقتراحات، صور) فإنك تضمن أنه لا ينتهك حقوق أحد ولا الأنظمة، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا عالميًا مجانيًا غير حصري لاستخدامه في تشغيل الخدمات وتحسينها. الاقتراحات التي ترسلها لنا يجوز لنا استخدامها وتطويرها دون التزام بمقابل أو بنسبتها لك.

7. الاستخدام المحظور

يُحظر: الغش وبرامج الطرف الثالث والتلاعب بالثغرات، والاختراق أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، والإساءة أو التحرش أو خطاب الكراهية، وانتحال شخصية الاستديو أو موظفيه، والإعلانات والاحتيال والتصيد، وأي استخدام يخالف أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. التفاصيل في قواعد السلوك.

8. توفر الخدمات والتغييرات

نسعى لتوفير الخدمات بشكل مستمر لكننا لا نضمن خلوها من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. يحق لنا تحديث الخدمات أو تعديلها أو إيقاف جزء منها أو إيقافها بالكامل مع إشعار معقول متى أمكن.

9. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدّم الخدمات "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها". إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان بيانات أو أرباح، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الستة السابقة للمطالبة. لا يحد هذا من أي حق لا يجوز تقييده نظامًا.

10. التعويض

توافق على تعويض الاستديو وحمايته من أي مطالبات أو خسائر تنشأ عن مخالفتك هذه الشروط أو الأنظمة أو حقوق الغير.

11. إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمات في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إنهاء وصولك عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. البنود التي بطبيعتها تستمر بعد الإنهاء (الملكية الفكرية، وحدود المسؤولية، والتعويض، والقانون الواجب التطبيق) تبقى سارية.

12. القانون الواجب التطبيق وحل النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. نسعى أولًا لحل أي خلاف وديًا عبر صفحة التواصل؛ وإن تعذّر ذلك خلال ٣٠ يومًا فتختص المحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض بالنظر فيه.

13. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدثة هنا مع تاريخ السريان، ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية بوسيلة مناسبة. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمات بعد السريان يعني موافقتك.

1. Who we are and acceptance

Vex Studios ("the Studio", "we") is a video game studio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using vex-games.com or any of our games or services (the "Services") you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct & Fair Play and Purchase & Refund Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise and approve any purchase.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate information, for keeping your account secure and for all activity on it. Accounts may not be sold, bought, rented, shared or transferred. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Code of Conduct, or where we suspect fraud or activity that harms the Services or other players.

4. Licence and intellectual property

The Services and all their content (logos, trade names, artwork, characters, code, audio and text) are owned by the Studio or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, extract, run private servers of, or clone the Services.

5. Virtual currency and items

In-game currency (such as denars) and items are a limited licence to use inside the game. They are not your property, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game unless we expressly allow it. We may adjust the in-game economy, balance and content to protect the game experience.

6. User content

When you submit content (messages, names, suggestions, images) you confirm it does not infringe anyone's rights or the law, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the Services. We may use and develop suggestions you send without any obligation to pay or credit you.

7. Prohibited use

Cheating, third-party tools and exploiting bugs; hacking or unauthorised access; abuse, harassment or hate speech; impersonating the Studio or its staff; spam, fraud and phishing; and any use that breaks the laws of Saudi Arabia are prohibited. Details are in the Code of Conduct.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data or profits, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Studio harmless from claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, the law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may end your access if you breach these Terms. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) remain in force.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably through our contact page; if that fails within 30 days, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with its effective date and notify you of material changes in a suitable way. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept them.
