Code of Conduct & Fair Play

Effective: 4 November 2026

1. Spirit of the game

NextEra brings players together from everywhere. We want fierce competition and even stronger respect. These rules apply in game, in chat, in alliances, on our website and on our official channels.

2. Respect

No insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination, disrespect of religions or national symbols, sexual or graphic content, or sharing other people's personal data.

3. Fair play

No cheats, bots, macros or any third-party tool that gives an advantage; no exploiting bugs instead of reporting them; no multi-accounting to manipulate competition or funnel resources; no selling or buying accounts or resources for real money outside the official store; no account sharing.

4. Safety and fraud

No impersonating the Studio or moderators, phishing links, or asking for passwords or verification codes. Our team will never ask for your password.

5. Names and content

Player names, alliance names and images must be appropriate. We may change any name or content that breaks these rules.

6. Sanctions

Depending on severity and repetition: warning, chat mute, temporary suspension or permanent ban, with removal of illegitimate gains. Cheating and fraud may lead to a permanent ban on the first offence.

7. Reporting and appeals

Report violations in game or via our complaints page. If you believe a sanction was applied by mistake, appeal through the same page within 14 days and a different moderator will review it.

8. Security vulnerabilities

If you find a security vulnerability, report it privately to [email protected] and do not exploit or publish it. We value responsible disclosure.
