شروط الشراء والاسترجاع

1. البائع

المتجر يديره Vex Studios في المملكة العربية السعودية. تُعرض بيانات المنشأة النظامية (السجل التجاري أو وثيقة العمل الحر، والرقم الضريبي عند التسجيل) في أسفل الموقع فور صدورها، وفق نظام التجارة الإلكترونية.

2. ما تشتريه

تشتري ترخيصًا لاستخدام عملة افتراضية (الدنانير) داخل لعبة NextEra فقط، وفق شروط الاستخدام. ليست للعملة قيمة نقدية ولا تُستبدل بنقود ولا تُنقل بين الحسابات.

3. الأسعار والضريبة

الأسعار بالريال السعودي ومعروضة بوضوح قبل الدفع، وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة متى كانت مطبقة. يصلك إيصال إلكتروني على بريدك.

4. الدفع

يتم الدفع عبر بوابة دفع مرخّصة (مدى، Apple Pay، STC Pay، بطاقات ائتمانية). لا نخزن بيانات بطاقتك. يُعتبر الطلب مكتملًا بعد تأكيد بوابة الدفع وتحققنا منه.

5. التسليم

تُضاف الدنانير إلى رقم الحساب الذي تكتبه عند الشراء، عادة خلال دقائق وبحد أقصى ٢٤ ساعة. أنت مسؤول عن صحة رقم الحساب؛ وإذا أخطأت فيه فراسلنا فورًا ولم تُستخدم الدنانير بعد، وسنحاول تصحيحه.

6. الاسترجاع والإلغاء

لطبيعة المحتوى الرقمي الذي يُسلَّم فورًا، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرجاع مبلغه بعد إضافة الدنانير إلى الحساب، وذلك بعد موافقتك الصريحة على التسليم الفوري عند الشراء. يحق لك استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا إذا: لم تصل الدنانير خلال ٢٤ ساعة ولم نتمكن من إيصالها، أو خُصم المبلغ أكثر من مرة، أو كان هناك خلل تقني من جهتنا. يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال ١٤ يوم عمل.

7. الاحتيال والاعتراض على العمليات

استخدام وسيلة دفع لا تملكها، أو الاعتراض غير المشروع على عملية مكتملة (Chargeback)، يؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب وإزالة العناصر المرتبطة، مع احتفاظنا بحقنا النظامي.

8. القاصرون

إذا كان عمرك أقل من ١٨ سنة فلا تشترِ إلا بموافقة وليّ أمرك وتحت إشرافه.

9. الشكاوى

لأي مشكلة في طلب: قدّم شكوى مع رقم الطلب، أو راسل [email protected]. نرد خلال يومي عمل.

Purchase & Refund Terms

Effective: 4 November 2026

1. Seller

The store is operated by Vex Studios in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our legal business details (commercial registration or freelance document, and VAT number once registered) are shown in the site footer as soon as they are issued, as required by the E-Commerce Law.

2. What you buy

You buy a licence to use virtual currency (denars) inside NextEra only, under our Terms of Use. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved between accounts.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are in Saudi riyals, shown clearly before payment, and include VAT where applicable. You receive an electronic receipt by email.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by a licensed gateway (mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, credit cards). We never store your card details. An order is complete once the gateway confirms it and we verify it.

5. Delivery

Denars are added to the account ID you enter, usually within minutes and at most 24 hours. You are responsible for the account ID; if you made a mistake, contact us immediately before the denars are used and we will try to correct it.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Because digital content is delivered immediately, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded once denars are added, after you expressly agree to immediate delivery at checkout. You are entitled to a full refund if the denars did not arrive within 24 hours and we could not deliver them, you were charged more than once, or there was a technical fault on our side. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Fraud and chargebacks

Using a payment method you do not own, or an illegitimate chargeback on a completed order, leads to account suspension and removal of related items, without prejudice to our legal rights.

8. Minors

If you are under 18, only purchase with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision.

9. Complaints

For any order issue file a complaint with your order number or email [email protected]. We reply within two business days.
